The Expanded Metals are made in Galvanised Iron , Stainless Steel 304, 316 and Aluminum from 0.5 mm opening to 50 mm opening in varying thickness.Expanded Metals are made from sheets of solid metals that are slit and stretched with each stroke of the upper die thus forming a raised diamond pattern.This pattern is called regular or standard.The sheets of Expanded Metal can also be flattened by rollers for an optional style by passing them through a cold, roll reducing mill.

A: Tooling charge only charge once when first order, all future orders would not charge again even tooling repair or under maintance.

A: We can supply the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the customers have to pay the sample cost and the courier cost.
